Configuring Syslog Server

To enable Aruba Central (on-premises) to send system events to a logging server, ensure that you configure the Syslog server details on Aruba Central (on-premises).

To configure the Syslog server details on Aruba Central (on-premises):

1. In the Network Operations app, filter All Devices.
2. Under Settings, click Global SettingsThe System Setup tab is displayed.
3. Click the Notifications tab. The Syslog configuration page opens.
4. In the Syslog Servers accordion, click + to add a new syslog server:
   • Server Name—Name of the Syslog server.
   • Server IP—IP address of the Syslog server.
   • Server Port—Port of the Syslog server.
5. Click Save.
