Support Access
Aruba technical support may ask you to enable to debug issues. After you enable , the Aruba support team can access your Aruba Central account remotely. Only users with administrator role can enable .
Enabling Support Access
To enable
, complete the following steps:-
In the

- Set password expiry by selecting the number of days and click . A new password is generated.
- Copy the password and share it with the Aruba technical support representative.
Disabling Support Access
