Support Access
Aruba technical support may ask you to enable to debug issues. After you enable , the Aruba support team can access your Aruba Central account remotely. Only users with administrator role can enable .
Enabling Support Access
To enable
, complete the following steps:1. In the page, under , click .
The
page is displayed.2. From the menu, slide the toggle button to the right.
3. Set password expiry by selecting the number of days and click . A new password is generated.
4. Copy the password and share it with the Aruba technical support representative.
Disabling Support Access
After the remote support session is complete, do the following to disable
