Rebooting an Instant AP Cluster

You can reboot an Instant AP cluster using the Aruba Central UI.

To reboot an Instant AP cluster, complete the following steps:

1. In the Network Operations app, set the filter to one of the options under Groups. Ensure that the filter selected contains at least one active access point.

The dashboard context for the group is displayed.

2. Under Manage, click Devices > Access Points.

A list of access points is displayed in the List view.

3. Click an access point listed under Device Name.

The dashboard context for the access point is displayed.

4. In the Actions drop-down list, click Reboot Swarm.

A Reboot dialog box is displayed.

5. Click Yes to reboot the AP cluster.

The AP dashboard takes less than a minute to update the interface status, after the VC is rebooted and reconnected to Aruba Central.
